Materials for the installation of ramps at existing paths must match<\/p>\n
the materials it is replacing. For example, replacing concrete steps<\/p>\n
with a ramp requires that the materials of the ramp be concrete.<\/p>\n
Poured concrete must meet current International Code Council<\/p>\n
(I.C.C.) requirements and have heavy broom-swept finish on the<\/p>\n
surface.<\/p>\n

Exterior Ramps<\/p>\n

All ramps must meet current applicable City, State and Fair<\/p>\n
Housing requirements.<\/p>\n
2.2.2,<\/p>\n
Member shall contact Landscape Services for any removal of<\/p>\n
landscaping and alteration of the irrigation system, as a chargeable<\/p>\n
service.
\n2.2.3. Member(s) of the Property must sign and submit to the Mutual, c\/o<\/p>\n
VMS, Inc., at the Division office located in the Laguna Woods<\/p>\n
Village Community Center, an executed and notarized \u201cRecordable<\/p>\n
Exclusive Use of Common Area Revocable License\u201d for a proposed<\/p>\n
improvement that would utilize any portion of the Mutual’s Common<\/p>\n
Area. Prior to the issuance of a Mutual Consent for Manor<\/p>\n
Alterations, that \u201cRecordable Exclusive Use of Common Area<\/p>\n
Revocable License\u201d must be filed with the Orange County<\/p>\n
Clerk\/Recorder.<\/p>\n
