Active Wellness Club
The Active wellness club is interested in preventive aspects of our health. We love to consider to grow younger. We are interested in all things that keep us living a life we love. Bringing friend together. Working for the good of the community. Planning special events to Benefit Laura’s House has been one of our passions for the past several years. We participated in helping the Hurricane victims in Texas this year. In one day we gathered five car loads of items needed to send to Texas. To bring more awareness to health and anti-aging through natural remedies.
Club Information
Each Month we have a special program that we aim to improve our health and well being. This is what is happening in March. Second Tuesday Monthly.
Our First Laughter Class of the year is Tuesday, March 13th. It will be held in Club House 5 Room One from 1-3pm. All Laguna Woods Residents and Their guest are welcome to attend any of our events. We meet on the second Tuesday of each month.
