Artists Needed for Village Art Affair

Fifth Annual Event to Feature a Variety of Mediums from Talented Artists

The Recreation and Special Event Department is excited to host the 5th Annual Art Affair, were Laguna Woods Village artists will showcase their works of art for the enjoyment of Village art lovers and their guests.

Established and emerging artists are needed to display their art at the event. Artists must apply in the Clubhouse 2 office and provide a sample of art (photo, website, etc.) for approval. Registration is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Space is limited and assigned by staff on a first-come, first-served basis.

While viewing the masterpieces, residents and their guests will enjoy live music and complimentary beer and wine, while supplies last. Martinez Catering will be onsite offering their famous roasted chicken and hotdog combos for purchase.

The Art Affair will be held on Wednesday, June 7 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Clubhouse 2 Sequoia Ballroom and Palo Verde Loggia. The event is free for residents and their guests.
