Free Tax Preparation

Appointments are now available for residents to have their taxes prepared at no cost. Over 30 resident volunteers donate their time preparing income taxes. Volunteers have been preparing taxes in the Village for over 30 years through the AARP tax aide program. Last year, they prepared over 1,100 returns. Taxes are prepared Mondays at the Florence Sylvester Senior Center, and Wednesdays at Clubhouse 7. There is no income limit; however they cannot prepare taxes for taxpayers that own investment property or are a part-time resident of California.

To make an appointment, call the Florence Sylvester Center at 949-380-0155. Pick up all necessary forms before your appointment at the Florence Sylvester Center.
