The Towers

From spacious elegant lobby areas conducive to friendly conversation before dinner, to cozy card rooms perfect for intimate gatherings around the fireplace, the Towers has something for everyone. Each manor has a spectacular panoramic view of Saddleback Valley or the surrounding hillsides. For those who like their outdoors on a smaller scale, the beautifully appointed grounds invite pleasure walks and the patio is enriched with fountains and a fishpond. Residents can stimulate their minds in the complete library, or maintain their energy through health and fitness programs, such as T'ai Chi and armchair exercise classes. For those with a talent for baking and roasting skills, there is an oven-equipped kitchen. No matter what the interest, the Towers has ...something for everyone.

Gourmet Meals are served in two elegant dining rooms and on the patio, weather permitting. The kitchen offers a varied menu with several options. Dinner is included in the monthly fee and lunch is available at a small additional cost. Room service is also available at a nominal charge.

The monthly fee encompasses bi-weekly housekeeping services that include vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning kitchen and bathrooms. Windows are cleaned quarterly or upon request.

Laundry and trash facilities are available on every floor, accommodating residents with no-coin washers and dryers and trash disposal chutes.

The monthly fee covers all utilities: gas, electricity, water, cable TV, heating and cooling. Also included are full repair and maintenance of public rooms, common area utilities, and the landscaped grounds.

A host of activities are offered throughout the year, including movies, dances with live bands, bridge clubs, concerts/recitals, fashion shows, birthday parties each month, newcomer welcome parties, and scheduled holiday and religious events.

In addition to the parties at the Towers, residents have full and easy access to the activities and facilities of the Laguna Woods Village Community, including club houses, golf course, pools, tours and travel opportunities.

Location of the Towers is convenient to shopping malls, churches and temples, medical facilities, and specialty shops.

The Laguna Woods Village bus service is available at no cost. Buses pick up residents at the front door and run throughout the day to various locations within the community as well as to the surrounding areas of Laguna Woods and Laguna Hills.

The Towers offers seven roomy and accommodating floor plans. All plans include a balcony, walk-in closet, and kitchenette.

•Unit A: Studio, 1 bath, dining area (500 square foot) 
•Unit B: 1 bedroom, 1 bath, dining area (625 square foot) 
•Unit C: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, dining area (1200 square foot) 
•Unit D: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths (1100 square foot) 
•Unit F: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, dining area (1800 square foot) 
•Unit G: 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 baths (975 square foot) 
•Unit H: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, dining area (1600 square foot) 

In an effort to make The Towers an enjoyable experience and to keep residents fully informed, the following should be noted:

•The Towers is not an assisted living facility.
•Smoking is not permitted in the common areas.
•Ownership qualifications include annual income requirement.
•The Towers legal name is Laguna Woods Mutual No. Fifty, a non-profit corporation governed by a board of five directors, who are elected for 2-year terms.

The Towers is located in Laguna Woods Village; a private gate-guarded community offering resort style living. Laguna Woods Village is nestled adjacent to the beautiful communities of Laguna Hills and Aliso Viejo. Neighbors include the University of California Irvine and Saddleback College. Minutes away are Orange County's John Wayne Airport and the Amtrak station in Irvine. Nearby are the magnificent Pacific Ocean and the charming town of Laguna Beach, with its unique shops and restaurants, as well as its world-renowned art festivals.
